Ruth Casley

Ruth E. Casley, 89, of Ursa passed away at 7:08 A.M. on Friday, October 25, 2019 in her home.

Ruth was born on January 11, 1930 in Quincy. The daughter of Jake and Mildred Cramm. She married Dillard Edward “Did” Casley on April 24, 1957. Dillard passed away in 1978. She farmed and enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are one son; John (Ann) Casley  of Ursa, five grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter, Marie Florea.

Private family services will be held and she will be laid to rest next to her husband in New Providence Cemetery near Ursa. Memorial contributions have been suggested to the family.
