Mr. Kleemeyer was born April 22, 1923, in Burton Township, the son of the late William and Bertha Rabe Kleemeyer. He was baptized and confirmed as a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Quincy.
Mr. Kleemeyer was a graduate of Golden High School and served in the United States Air Force during World War II. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Clayton. He farmed in the Camp Point area until his retirement and was a member of the Adams County Farm Bureau.
Survivors include a sister, Edith Musick, of Camp Point; three nieces, Esther (Ralph) Stamerjohn of Oconomowoc, Wis., Elaine (William) Uffenbeck of Clinton, Wis., and Ethel (Edward) McArthur of Roseville, Minn.; a nephew, Paul (Erin) Musick, of Camp Point; and 10 great-nieces and nephews.
Mr. Kleemeyer was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Harold Musick.
SERVICES: 10 a.m. Monday in Greenmount Cemetery, Quincy, with the Rev. Kirk Cunningham conducting.
VISITATIONS: There will be no visitation, but friends are invited to the services at the cemetery.
MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
