John Neill, age 98, of West Point, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

Funeral services for John will be held Friday, May 1, 2026, at 12:00 noon at J. Otto Funeral Home in Mendon, Illinois, with Rev. Tom Robbins officiating. Burial will follow at New Loraine Cemetery in Loraine, Illinois.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until noon on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church in Camp Point and Loraine Community Church.
