MENDON, Ill. -- Adrain Johnson, 101, of Mendon, passed away Wednesday (April 29, 2015) at her home.
Adrain was born Sept. 11, 1913, in Nebo, to the late Clifton and Viva Beulah (Maines) Rowley. She married Fred Worman and after his death married Russell Johnson.
She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Mendon. She collected dolls and elephants and loved flower gardening.
Surviving are two daughters, Jackie Summy of Mendon and Delores Kendrick of Mendon; one son, Larry (Shirley) Worman of Tucson, Ariz.; three stepchildren; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by both husbands, one son, one daughter, five siblings and one great-grandchild.
SERVICES: 11 a.m. Monday, May 4, at the Salem Lutheran Church, Mendon, with the Rev. Pat Monroe conducting. Private family burial will take place following the services in the Mendon Cemetery.
VISITATION: 10-11 a.m. Monday, May 4, at the church.
MEMORIALS: Salem Lutheran Church or Carelink.
